Swap the steak and burgers for this healthy dish

Halibut is a good source of heart-healthy omega-3s, as is salmon, which also works well on the grill. Just top with pickled onions. Another great fish topper (you won't miss the steak at all) is gremolata, an Italian condiment served with veal or fish; it gives a burst of flavour, bringing the mild taste of halibut to life.
