Happy month of May!

Here's an important update regarding Workouts of the Month (and the revamped Mini Course). There are going to be some awesome changes to future workouts, based on your feedback.

Many have requested the ability to receive the monthly workouts automatically. You want the option to pay once and have them appear in your inbox every few weeks. Wish granted.

To accomplish this, and to have the ability to receive them automatically, the next six Workouts of the Month will be offered in two ways:

You can sign up to receive them automatically and pay just $12 per month, for the duration of the six month system.
You can pay once up front and get one month FREE. This would be just $60.

These six Workouts of the Month will be a continuous six-phase program. To ensure you have maximum variety the six Workouts of the Month will alternate two of the best workout splits: Upper/Lower and Total Body Workouts.

The Upper/Lower Phases will call for four workouts per week (two upper body and two lower body workouts per week; you can perform three per week and rotate the workouts, if necessary) and the Total Body Phases will call for three workouts per week.

You want more variety, so you're going to get it!

To ensure everything is set up and running smoothly, there will not be a Workout of the Month released for June. However, I revamped the Beautiful Badass Mini Course (you received this when you first signed up to receive the newsletter) for you, so you have something to do until the new Workout is released.

To recap:

I've heard your feedback! For the next six Workouts of the Month you'll be able to receive them automatically each month for 6 months: pay just $12/month, or pay $60 up front and receive one workout for FREE.
The next six Workouts of the Month will be a single "system." It'll alternate upper/lower splits and total body workouts each month for maximum variety. New exercises will be used throughout.
There will be some additional changes to the Workouts of the Month: there will be a Private Facebook group to ask questions, discuss progress, use for accountability, etc.; there will likely be a "challenge" included each month too. (More details to come.)
No Workout of the Month will be released for June. Instead, please enjoy the newly updated version of the Beautiful Badass Mini Course.
