Do you relate? The largest study ever conducted on climate anxiety found that 75% of young folks between the ages of 16 and 25 years agree "the future is frightening." And in another 2021 survey, more than 56% of participants believe "humanity is doomed." Experts claim these feelings can lead to negative side effects like insomnia, irritability, and depression.

ICYMI: Fauci announced that he's stepping down from the following positions in December: director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), chief of the NIAID Laboratory of Immunoregulation, and chief medical advisor to President Biden.

During his tenure, he's helped save countless lives and researched treatments for illnesses like HIV, tuberculosis, Ebola, and Zika. Chicago agreed to reach 100% clean energy (!) by 2025.
San Diego is trying to ban all fossil fuels used in new residential and business construction.
The Federal Transit Administration predicts the U.S. will soon see double the number of zero-emissions buses – thanks to $1.6 billion for transit operators, new buses, etc.

According to a recent study, there's no scientific basis for this number. In general, health benefits start to drop off after you hit 7,500 steps. The main takeaway: As long as you're consistently moving every day, you're probably A-OK.
