7 Days of Self-Love Affirmations and Meditations to Try This Week
I'm a wellness editor, so having an extensive self-care routine is basically in the job description. And yes, I meditate, work out, and cook plant-based meals every day. But it wasn't until our February Self-Love Challenge that I realized how much time and energy I was spending on self-care, and how little time I was spending on actually loving myself.
