In actuality, we spend WAY too much time cutting up strawberries, picking out the not-gross spinach leaves, getting ice cubes out of the tray, fighting with stuck-together chunks of frozen pineapple, and cleaning out measuring cups. (You know, normal stuff.) So it occurred to us: We meal-prep everything else in our lives. Why not smoothies too? With these make-ahead recipes, we can finally make smoothies in the amount of time we always thought we could make them in (so, one minute) instead of the amount of time we were actually making them in (like, 10 minutes, honestly). We bet these magic baggies will work for you too. |
