Recipe of the Week
Buffalo cauliflower with blue cheese dressing
I find frying with oil to be such a daunting task. Luckily, this Buffalo cauliflower recipe cooks everything in the oven! You'll want to set aside a few bowls and rimmed sheet pans so that you can dredge the pieces with an effective workflow.
As for the sauces, Frank's RedHot is a forever classic. It's fairly salty, so you can substitute a lower sodium version and adjust the salt to taste. And unless you're lactose intolerant, I highly insist on making your own blue cheese dressing! Or you can find dairy-free ingredients to swap in. Either way, Buffalo and blue cheese is a combination I think we can *all* agree should always go hand in hand.
