I live for the holidays. I mean, I pull out my tree to decorate on November 1st and watch Love Actually approximately seven times every holiday season. I am Whoville-level obsessed with Christmas, OK? But that doesn't mean I haven't also had my fair share of feeling stressed, anxious, and physically sick because of a packed schedule and lack of healthy habits this time of year. The truth is that the holiday season is magical, but it's also tough. Every year, many of us find ourselves wondering, "Is it really the most wonderful time of the year?" Of course, there's the stress of spending too much money on gifts and not enough time on healthy routines. However, there can also be added emotions. Perhaps you're spending the holiday alone or dealing with toxic family dynamics that cause more dread and anxiety than yuletide joy. But, regardless of your situation, the holidays can still be more merry and bright than stressful and sad. We've rounded up some of our favorite articles and products to help you feel happier, less stressed, healthier, and calmer heading into the new year.
