Today's Nutrition Tip
Eat more fiber for a healthy heart
Fiber can help lower your risk of diabetes and heart disease. Fit more fiber into your diet with these tips: For breakfast, opt for oatmeal or cereal with at least 5 grams of fiber. Switch to whole-grain breads and pastas. Use brown rice, barley or bulgur instead of plain white rice. And mix chopped fresh or frozen broccoli into spaghetti sauce.
