Swap lettuce for mustard greens

Mustard greens are a cruciferous vegetable. Just one cup a day meets your daily needs for vitamin A and K—both of which are important for healthy bones. Plus mustard greens are a great detox food and can help eliminate toxins from our cells. Enjoy the leaves in a salad for lunch. Or you can steam the greens or sautée them with olive oil and minced garlic for dinner.
