July 15, 2016 | | | | | | Keep a positive outlook on aging | For me, it's about honouring who you are. After I had kids, a lot of people kept asking when I was going to get my pre-baby body back, and that's just not possible. You have to move forward and be the best you – right now. I feel great, and I have so much more confidence now than I had 10 or 15 years ago. I celebrate everything that's happened in my life up to now, but I don't look back and wish I was 10 years younger. My competitive spirit wants to get out there and keep trying new things and living life.
