Swap olive oil for grapeseed oil

Due to its low smoke point, the general rule of thumb is to avoid using high temperatures with olive oil. On the other hand, grapeseed oil has a high smoke point, which makes it the ideal oil to use when sautéing or stir-frying your next meal. Unlike olive oil, grapeseed oil has a very subtle flavour that brings out the essence of the other ingredients in your dish. Try it yourself and drizzle some grapeseed oil on your favourite salad!
