You may have questions about The Beautiful Badass Six-Phase System. Please find the most commonly asked questions and answers below ...
Question: Who is this for?
This was designed primarily for the woman who is fed up with all the BS in the world of health and fitness. It's a six-phase system for women who want done-for-you strength training workouts that change every four weeks so you stay motivated to work out.
Question: What do I get with the Beautiful Badass Six-Phase System?
You'll receive a new strength training workout every four weeks, for the next six months, directly to your email (it's in PDF format). Every phase of the 6-phase system includes a done-for-you workout program, demonstration videos for all exercises, and an awesome monthly challenge. You'll also receive access to the Private Facebook Group exclusively for those who purchase the 6-phase system.
Question: What equipment is used for the workout programs?
The workouts for the entire six-phase system use a combination of barbells, dumbbells, your bodyweight, adjustable weight bench, pull-up bar, and a suspension trainer. Some other useful tools are cable machines for pull-downs, back extension bench, stationary bike (or other piece of cardio equipment for intervals), and kettlebell. You can make substitutions if you don't have all of the equipment. As long as you have dumbbells, a weight bench, and a barbell set, you'll be good to go and can easily swap out exercises (if you need help, just ask in the Facebook group!).
Question: Can you tell me more about the workout programs?
Sure thing! You'll receive a new workout program every four weeks, for approximately six months (it's broken down into six "phases"). The workout phases alternate upper/lower workouts and total body workouts. Phases 1, 3, and 5 call for four workouts per week (but I show you how to do it with three workouts per week, if that's best for your schedule) and use an upper/lower workout split: you'll have two upper body workouts and two lower body workouts and perform each workout once per week.
Phases 2, 4, and 6 call for three total body workouts per week; you'll have three total body workouts and you'll perform each workout once per week.
Question: Do you explain how much weight to use, how long to rest between exercises, and how to correctly perform the workouts?
Yes! There will be no guesswork for you to do. You'll see exactly how long to rest between exercises, how to perform the workouts properly (using straight sets, supersets, and circuits), how to warm-up, the proper load for each exercise, how to improve your performance weekly, and even what to do if you get off track and miss a workout or two.
Question: Can I see a sample workout?
Absolutely! Just go here and scroll down; you'll see two sample workouts.
Question: What about cardio or interval training. Is that included?
Phases 1, 3, and 5 include sustained moderate intensity exercise that you'll complete at the end of each workout. It's recommended that you use a stationary bike or other piece of cardio equipment for this.
Phases 2, 4, and 6 include interval-based work that you perform at the end of the workout. Again, a stationary bike (or airdyne bike) is recommended, but you can jump rope if you don't have cardio machines available.
The two types of cardio-work are rotated each phase to provide you with maximum variety and to train different energy systems.
Question: How long do the workouts takes?
This depends on how long you take to warm-up, how long it takes to move to equipment for new exercises, etc. However, most people complete the workouts in about 45 minutes or so. Some may only take 30 minutes.
Question: Are these workouts and accompanying information similar to the original Beautiful Badass and the Beautiful Badass Bodyweight Workout Guide?
No, not at all. Every workout program and guide I release is unique. You haven't seen these workouts from me before.
Question: How many workouts per week do the programs call for?
Phases 1, 3, and 5 call for four strength training workouts per week. However, there is an option to perform three workouts per week, if that's your only option. Phases 2, 4, and 6 call for three strength training workouts per week.
Question: What results can I expect to achieve?
The main goal is to discover the awesome things your body can do, and progressively do more. The objective is to have fun, get stronger, and improve your performance. Yes, you'll likely lose fat and build muscle, but those benefits are side effects from getting stronger and becoming more awesome.
In Phase 1 I explain why it's beneficial to focus on your performance rather than burning calories and losing fat.
Question: What if I have questions along the way?
No problem! You'll have access to the Private Facebook group exclusively for those going through the 6-phase system.
Question: What if I hate the workouts or decide I hate you?
No problem. You can cancel at anytime. You can get a refund up to 30 days after purchase.
Question: Do you have any promotional discounts?
Pay in full up front and you'll receive one month for FREE. The other option is to be billed each month, automatically, for $12 per month for the six month period.
