Even if you've fallen in love with a particular pair of heels or sandals, do your tootsies a favour and don't wear them every day. Stephen Hartman, a Waterloo, Ont. chiropodist and CEO of the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine, suggests rotating your footwear regularly so each pair can breathe, and dry out. Not only do you get to strut in a different pair of shoes, you also keep your feet free of odour-causing bacteria.
