Monthly workouts: each month you'll get a new strength training workout program. For maximum variety Phases 1, 3, and 5 will use an upper/lower workout split and you'll perform four weeks each week (two upper body and two lower body workouts; if you can only work out three times per week, I provide that option too). Phases 2, 4, and 6 will use total body workouts, and you'll perform three workouts per week. The phases will also alternate sustained moderate intensity cardio work and interval-based training.
Video demonstrations: yes, every exercise will have a video.
Private Facebook group: why Facebook? It's the one platform most people have. This is where you can get support, accountability, or just share your experience with the workouts and monthly challenges.
Monthly challenges: to round out the program, each phase of the six-month system will include a unique challenge. They will range from nutrition, to performance, to lifestyle-based challenges.
You'll receive more details in the future, but I'll finish with this: you'll have the option to pay just $12/month for the six month duration (and be billed automatically - cancel anytime) or make a one-time payment up front of $60 and you'll receive one month free (you will not be re-billed).
